Halford House - Adults Only Hotel - Bourton-on-the-Water

what a very special stay, nothing too much trouble. it is newly remodelled hotel with a view over garden. delightfully helpful staff during our stay. a great selection of good food for meals. excellent and absolutely ideal location a couple of blocks away from the victoria hall event venue. a great selection of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

Its location was marvellous right in the heart of the town.

Request a room on a lower floor if you prefer cooler temperatures in warmer months. The staircase can be a workout!

It's only 500 meters from the enchanting Model Village that I enjoyed exploring.

Perfect cozy getaway!

I stayed for 3 nights and it was lovely! My room was super comfy and had a nice big bathroom. The location is spot on, right by the town center. Donna was great, always around and so friendly. I really enjoyed the outdoor dining area, wish I could've spent more time there. Only thing was, a bit noisy sometimes at night.

We just had an amazing stay! The lush garden was perfect for sipping drinks, and we loved the cozy snacks—especially the cookies. The roll-top bath in our room was a delightful surprise, making our stay feel extra special!

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from town while still feeling private. The King Room with Garden View was a highlight, with lovely decor and a spacious feel. Enjoyed the relaxing drawing room where cold drinks and snacks were available, complemented by a cute atmosphere. Donna was a gracious host, offering helpful tips throughout the stay. I would love to return during the summer for another good experience.

Absolutely loved the unique decor of our room and it was so clean, it smelled amazing! We really enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking a stroll in the lovely garden. Just wish the lighting in the room was a bit brighter! 🌞

The stay was pleasant overall, with a beautifully decorated and clean room, although the bed was quite firm for my liking. The location is perfect, allowing for easy access to local attractions. Mornings can be a bit noisy, especially if windows are left open.

The warm cookies on arrival and friendly atmosphere made for a good stay. Donna's hospitality and the cozy lounge were highlights.

Had a lovely 3 nights in a double room with a spacious bathroom, comfy bed, and a peaceful atmosphere. The common areas had a cozy log burner and were beautifully decorated. Super friendly host offered a tasty vegetarian breakfast and there was plenty of outdoor space to relax. Located right by shops and cafes-perfect for exploring!

Charming King Room with garden view, spacious and well-appointed. Got a bit warm on the top floor. Snacks available were a nice touch.
